Refund & Return Policy
At VANYAT ENTERPRISES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds are handled carefully.
Returns
- Food products once delivered cannot usually be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns may only be accepted if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Refund Eligibility
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
- Provide your order details
Refund Process
- Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor packaging dents caused during shipping that do not affect the product quality
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
