Returns

  • Food products once delivered cannot usually be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Returns may only be accepted if:
    • The product received is damaged
    • The product is defective
    • The wrong item was delivered

Refund Eligibility

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
  • Provide your order details

Refund Process

  • Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor packaging dents caused during shipping that do not affect the product quality
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
